Federation of Master Builders Inspection
We are extremely proud to have been a member of the Federation of Master Builders for many years now, they have strict entry criteria and uphold high standards of membership which means not everyone can be a Master Builder.
This week we had an independent inspection from an FMB surveyor at a property in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside where we were repairing structural damage and installing a damp-proof course.
We always encourage these inspections to ensure we meet the high-quality standards of a Master Builder, the feedback was great, and we passed the inspection with no concerns.
Why does being a Master Builder help you, the customer?
Being vetted and independently inspected regularly builds confidence in our customers
The Federation of Master Builders members must:
- Meet the strict qualifying criteria
- Commit to a stringent Code of Conduct
- Have a minimum 12-month trading history, public liability insurance and be subject to strict vetting processes.
We are also Trustmark Members, combined with FMB’s membership this helps to reinforce the reputation and professional standard that our customers can trust.
