Local & Trusted Timber Surveys
TrustGuard Ltd offer our clients a full range of professional timber survey and damp reports undertaken by skilled and experienced surveyors, from pre-purchase surveys for house buyers, timber surveys for woodworm and wet & dry rot, through to flood and water damage restoration surveys. Our coverage is extensive, including Northumberland, Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Teeside, and North Yorkshire.
Our reports include in-depth assessments, recommendations, and cost calculations for any necessary repairs. They also include detailed specifications of any required works, all in a clear, plain, straightforward, non-jargon format, making the report easy to understand.
All our surveys are non-destructive, meaning no damage will occur to the building. However, if during a visit our surveyor needs to conduct disruptive investigations to accurately diagnose any problems, we will, of course, ask for your permission before proceeding. All our surveys are carried out in accordance with the British Standards Code of Practice.
